In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the api69 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and api69. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an account on api69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. api69 applies a strict 21+ policy across all services on the platform in line with Indonesian responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by api69 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of api69 or any of its affiliated entities.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the api69 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly notify api69 of any changes to this information by contacting our support team.

api69 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete enhanced KYC verification before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. KYC documents typically required include:

• Government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months showing your registered residential address.
• Payment method verification — a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Source of funds declaration — in the case of high-value transactions, api69 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. api69 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have reported a suspected account compromise to our support team prior to the relevant activity occurring.

All financial transactions on the api69 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). api69 does not accept foreign currency deposits; amounts submitted in other currencies will be declined.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may vary over time; the current list is always displayed on the deposit page within your member dashboard.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and member tier.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within fifteen minutes of request submission during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during periods of high traffic or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal destination: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Wagering requirements: Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered before a withdrawal of the associated real-money balance is permitted. Details of applicable wagering requirements are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
• Transaction fees: api69 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which api69 accepts no responsibility.

api69 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. Where a verification check is initiated, the relevant withdrawal will be placed on hold until the check is completed. Members will be notified via their registered contact details if additional documentation is required.

api69 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement. This means the total bonus amount (and, where applicable, the associated deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Time limits: Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse: api69 employs automated monitoring systems to detect irregular wagering patterns, including low-risk staking strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, api69 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel derived winnings, and restrict or close the account.
• One bonus per household: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Members found to be exploiting multiple registrations to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts suspended.
• Non-transferability: Bonuses are credited solely to the account of the eligible member and may not be transferred, exchanged, or combined with another member's bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the api69 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other process on the platform.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one registered account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering market, including in live casino games such as baccarat, poker, and blackjack.
• Use of prohibited software: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any technical tool that artificially influences gameplay outcomes or distorts normal player behavior.
• Money laundering: Using the api69 platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. api69 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to your api69 account. Chargeback attempts will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Harassment: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive language or behavior toward api69 staff or other members via any communication channel.

All content on the api69 platform — including but not limited to the api69 brand name and logo, website design, page layout, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the property of api69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any platform content without prior written consent from api69.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use the api69 brand, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on platform content or design elements.

api69 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at api69.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

api69 implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect member data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and api69 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the platform.

api69 will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game studios, and fraud prevention partners strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, api69 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond api69's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game results, odds displays, or account balance calculations that arise from third-party game provider systems.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information, promotions, or game results displayed on the platform.

Where api69's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your api69 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

api69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Repeated bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• At your own request, including via our self-exclusion program under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure for reasons other than verified fraud or Terms breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account wallet will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which api69 is licensed and regulated internationally. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and api69 relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. api69 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
